You can use the following form to report an incident to us. You can decide for yourself whether you want to make the report anonymously or with your contact details. IMPORTANT: If you would like to report an update to an incident, you can do so when you have opened the incident by clicking on the “Report update” button. If you are unsure whether the incident already exists, you can report a new incident and we will make a comparison. Please make a note of this under comments!
